Instead you can actually calls skin lesions and leave scars where you mess with the acne with your hands. You should also try to stay out of the sun during an acne breakout. Ultraviolet rays are not only damaging to healthy skin, it also causes a heavy production of sebum which will worsen the acne breakout.
